1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Mob Casino Developers ("we", "us", "our"), the developer account that publishes our applications on Google Play. You can reach us at any time at [email protected] for any question about this policy or about the data our apps handle.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Android applications we publish and this website, shirogames.online. It does not cover Google Play itself, which is operated by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy.

3. Data stored on your device

Our games store the following locally, inside the app's private storage, so your progress survives between sessions:

• Your virtual credit balance, level and experience points.
• Game history: rounds played, results, streaks, achievements and mission progress.
• Your settings: chosen language, sound and vibration preferences, and theme.
• Confirmation that you passed the 18+ age gate, so it is not shown again.

This information stays on your device. It is not uploaded to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the application or clear its data from Android settings.

4. Data we do not collect

Our games do not ask you to create an account and do not request any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
• Your contacts, call log, SMS messages, photos, files or microphone.
• Your precise or approximate location.
• Payment details of any kind — there are no in-app purchases in our games.

5. Permissions our apps request

Our games request the INTERNET permission only. It is used to load optional content such as remote configuration or an informational page where applicable. The games remain fully playable with networking disabled. If a future title needs an additional permission, the reason will be explained in the app and in the Play Store listing before you grant it.

6. Third-party services

Where a game or this site uses a third-party service, it is limited to the following categories, and each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Play services — distribution, app updates, crash and stability reporting provided through the Play Console. Google may collect technical data as described in its policies.
• Google Fonts — used on this website to load the typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers when you open the page.

We do not embed advertising networks or third-party behavioural tracking in our games.

7. Children

Our games simulate casino formats and are intended for adults aged 18 or over. They are not directed at children, they are not enrolled in Google Play's families programmes, and each title presents an age confirmation screen before gameplay begins. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Virtual credits

All currency in our games is virtual. Virtual credits cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or prizes, and they have no value outside the application. A virtual balance is part of your local game progress, not a financial record, and it is lost if the application is uninstalled.

9. Security

Because game data is held in the application's private storage on your own device, its security depends on your device's protections — a screen lock, an up-to-date Android version and apps installed only from trusted sources. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because our games keep data on your device and we hold no user accounts, you can exercise the most direct form of deletion yourself at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. 11. This website

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, for security and troubleshooting purposes.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, mention it in the release notes of the affected application. Continued use of our games after a change means you accept the updated policy.
