Android game studio

We build social casino games that cost nothing to play.

Slots, table classics and arcade spin-offs for Android — written in Kotlin and Flutter, powered entirely by virtual credits. Nothing in our games can be bought with money, and nothing in them can be cashed out. It is entertainment, built to Play Store rules.

The studio

A small team that only ships Android.

We are Mob Casino Developers, an independent studio working from a single codebase discipline: native Kotlin where the animation has to be perfect, Flutter where the same game has to look identical on a hundred screen sizes.

Every title we ship is a simulator. Players get a daily bundle of virtual credits, spend them on spins or hands, and get more tomorrow. There is no store, no coin pack, no ad-for-credits loop that pressures anyone, and no way to turn a balance back into money.

That constraint is the design brief, not a disclaimer. It pushes us toward the parts that actually keep people playing — the feel of a reel stopping, a streak worth chasing, a daily quiz that teaches real odds instead of hiding them.

What we build

Casino formats, rebuilt as free games

Each genre below is a simulator running on virtual credits. The maths is real, the money is not.

Slot machines

Classic three-reel and modern cluster-pays grids, with tumble mechanics, expanding wilds and bonus wheels drawn frame by frame on canvas.

Kotlin · Compose · custom RNG

Roulette & wheels

European, American and mini wheels with a physics-driven ball, plus a trainer that shows exactly why a doubling strategy runs out of credits.

Flutter · CustomPainter

Card tables

Blackjack, baccarat and poker-style hands with a built-in strategy coach that grades every decision against the correct basic-strategy move.

Rules engine · unit tested

Dice & instant wins

Sic bo, craps and scratch cards you reveal with your finger — short sessions, clear odds, and a payout table you can open at any time.

Touch-erase · haptics

Bingo & lottery

75 and 90-ball rooms with simulated players, multi-card daubing, and number generators that explain hot-and-cold for what it really is — noise.

Multi-card · room progression

Odds & learning

Every title ships with a glossary, a quiz and a live odds panel. Players can see the house edge of the exact bet they are about to make.

Glossary · quiz · RTP panel
How we build

From a rules engine to a signed bundle

The same four steps for every title. Nothing ships until the engine passes its tests and the build passes Play policy review.

01

Engine first

The game maths is written as a pure, dependency-free module and unit tested before a single pixel exists. Odds are computed, never faked.

CrapsTable.evaluate()
02

Interface

Compose or Flutter, Material 3, custom canvas for cards, reels and wheels. Zero stock art — every symbol is drawn in code or commissioned.

@Composable ReelColumn
03

Local & offline

Progress lives on the device in Room or Hive. Our games request one permission — internet — and work with it switched off.

INTERNET only
04

Policy & release

Age gate, responsible-play screen, data-safety form, signed App Bundle. We fill the Play Console declarations ourselves, line by line.

Fair play

Simulated games.
Real rules.

Our games imitate casino formats. They do not offer gambling, and we want that unmistakable to a player, a parent and a reviewer alike.

  • No real money enters or leavesNo deposits, no in-app purchases, no coin packs. Credits are virtual, worthless outside the app, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
  • Age gate before anything loadsEvery title opens with an 18+ confirmation and a plain-language note that this is a simulation, shown before the first screen of the game.
  • Odds shown, not buriedHouse edge and return-to-player figures are computed from the engine and displayed in-game, next to the bet they describe.
  • No pressure loopsNo countdown offers, no loss-chasing prompts, no rewarded ads that trade attention for credits when a player runs low.
  • Minimal data, stored locallyProgress stays on the device. We do not ask for an account, a phone number or a contact list to play.
  • Practice does not predict realityOur in-game text states clearly that success in a simulated game does not indicate future success at real-money gambling.
Questions

The things people ask first

Can I win or withdraw real money?
No. Our games run on virtual credits that have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or prizes. There is no cash-out of any kind.
Are the games free?
Yes. There are no in-app purchases and no paid currency. Players receive a daily allowance of virtual credits, and more through streaks, missions and a free wheel inside the game.
Why is the age rating 18+ if there is no gambling?
Because the games simulate casino formats. Even without money involved, that content is not meant for minors, so we gate it on first launch and set the rating accordingly rather than aiming it at a wider audience.
How do you make the outcomes fair?
Every outcome comes from a seeded random generator inside a tested rules engine. The engine is written and verified before the interface is built, and the resulting odds are displayed in the app so a player can check what they are playing against.
What data do the apps collect?
As little as possible. Game progress is stored on the device itself. We do not require an account to play. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Do you take contract work?
We occasionally take on Android work that fits what we already do — game engines, Compose interfaces, Play Console compliance. Write to us and describe the project.
