1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using an application published by Mob Casino Developers ("we", "us"), or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our applications.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher, to use our applications. Each application presents an age confirmation screen before gameplay. By confirming it, you state that you meet this requirement.

3. No real-money gambling

This is the central point of these terms:

• Our games do not accept deposits and do not offer in-app purchases.
• Virtual credits cannot be bought, sold, transferred, traded or redeemed for money, goods, services or prizes.
• Nothing in our games constitutes gambling, betting or wagering, and no outcome entitles you to any payout.
• Virtual credits are a feature of the software, not property and not a financial instrument. We may adjust, reset or remove them, and they are lost if you uninstall the application.

4. Simulation, not training

The odds in our games are modelled on real casino formats, but success in a simulated game does not imply or predict any future success at real-money gambling. Our games are not a training tool and must not be treated as one. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, seek support from a recognised help service in your country.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or create derivative works from our applications, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation, modified clients or memory editors to alter game behaviour or balances.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Present our games, their branding or their virtual credits as a real-money gambling service.
• Use our applications in a way that breaks the law where you live.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue an application or any of its features at any time, including the removal of a title from Google Play. We are not obliged to preserve game progress across updates, reinstalls or device changes, since progress is stored locally on your device.

8. Intellectual property

All code, artwork, sound, text, names and logos in our applications and on this website belong to Mob Casino Developers or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Names of real companies or products that may appear in informational or educational content are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference only.

9. Disclaimer

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or lost virtual credits, arising from your use of or inability to use our applications. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Third-party distribution

Our applications are distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for the operation of the store, its billing systems or its device policies.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of our applications after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
